extended time with Matt for ACQ

As mentioned last week at our ACQ2 meeting, I consulted with Sarah to see
if she had a sense of any flexibility in the Cataloging Group time with
Matt. She was unwilling to give away any of her time before seeing how
things were going. (They had a pretty short time with him in the first
round, and might use their time for some real training, as well as
questions)
The best I could get was an agreement that if they finished by 4pm, we
could use the rest of the time for our followup, if necessary. So... we
are still meeting with Matt from 9-12ish. The AdCat group will appear at
1pm, so we have to allow Matt a little bit of a break to get something to
eat. We'll have to wing it about the 4-5 time slot. Thanks, MGM
