Since we would like to reuse these test records for the 2nd GMA, we
need a number that will remain constant through both GMA's. Sounds
like these test records would retain the same LCN's.
I don't see how the newly back transferred circ records in the
2nd GMA affect our current test records and LCN's.
I think I'm missing your point.
