Looks like MIT is on with Matt for the week of 3/27. I have told Greg that
our preferences for times would be Tuesday morning or Wednesday afternoon,
based on what I know about everyone's commitments for that week. If this
is not true, please let me know as soon as possible, so I can change my

Everyone,
Matt Goldner left me a voice mail message yesterday afternoon; he
confirms our training time for the week of March 27. Matt requests
that we structure the time to begin training on Monday afternoon,
train all day on Tues., Wed. and Thurs. and he would depart late on
Thurs. afternoon.
Does anyone have a problem with this? We would need to get the
E53 classroom for the open presentations on Thurs. a.m. because of
a BLC scheduled event in the Training Room. Also, we should think
about our BOG meeting with Matt for Thurs. afternoon, which would be
more of a conversation, I think.
Please let me know your thoughts, we should confirm this at BOG
this afternoon, and I'll get back to Matt. But we are confirmed
for the week of March 27.
