Well, the 949 phantom holdings doesn't seem to hold true for all the
records. Stephen Skuce checked a number of records with 949 where
there wasn't a phantom holding created. I called Michel and told him
the bad news, but, he has since contacted the programmer and the
programmer, Dave Alexander, is investigating further.
