Grant and I just looked more closely at the _Time_ Magazine problem.
We can now report that everything is working properly in GLIS.
The author/editor is being retrieved from the 700 tag which is what
we've told GLIS to do. Since one doesn't anticipate that _Time_ will
have an author it is easy to miss the properly indexed 245. At least
it was easy for this one.
