For a free copy of "1997 Information Security Staffing Survey" conducted by
Charles Cresson Wood of Baseline Software and Computer Security Institute (CSI),
send your name and snail postal address to Patrice Rapalus, CSI Director, via e-
mail at prapalus@mfi.com and a copy will be sent you (NOTE: the survey is not
available electronically).
The "1997 Information Security Staffing Survey" is 14 page report that contains
much useful data, including ratios indicating how many information security
staff an organization should have, in addition to ratios that can be used to
calculate the budget for information security staffing.
Meanwhile, a brief summary of the report is posted at both http://www.gocsi.com
and http://www.baselinesoft.com.
