Here is an item that is a great addition to any Helpdesk, it also has great potential as a "carry" around hard drive. We had a couple students that had their laptop die for whatever reason, so we ordered one of these and can retrieve their data pretty quickly. The one piece of warning... All the documentation that comes with it is in Japanese. Here is the URL for it.
