For the previous 10 years, did Northwestern do it in-house, or did it
outsource them?
We are currently in the process of trying to make an installer. We are only
trying to cover the Window's clients, and I was debating posting the same
question to the list.

This year Northwestern which has done installers for 10? years, decided to
discontinue the installer.
With MAC OS X, the complexity and difficulty of interface became too costly.
