Any information you can share about what types of computer hardware repair your student techs do would be greatly appreciated. For example, are they limited to certain types of hardware repair or are they permitted to do all types of hardware
repair/installations?
Currently, our IT student techs handle primarily software related issues and can install network cards. All other repair issues are referred to our IT Repair department, which is staffed by professional employees.
