When i was an RCC for resnet at the university of kansas, myself and another
RCC set up a forum using free software (apache for windows NT.. and PHPBB).
though it was intended for RCC usage only (to discuss trouble calls), i
think allowing student access to it isnt such a bad idea. You can view what
we set up at this address: http://ntnetman.net.ku.edu

you can get all you need to make this from www.phpbb.com www.php.net
www.apache.org

hope this helps,

Fabio Seminario
