Basically, you have to run cable from each room down to a punchdown block
in the vicinity of the one going to the repeater. Then you would crosswire
from the punchdown block that goes to the jacks to the punchdown block that
goes to ports on the repeater.

You can send mail to net-help@mit.edu requesting IP addresses. You should
submit the requests in bulk and follow this format:
Requested name Machine type OS Type

Be sure to indicate what ILG you're representing.
