I'd be very intrested in this.
We are supposed to be transisition to AIM, but it's been 4 months since the
helpdesk has made any progress on it. (It's not our software, we will just
be using it)
But I've already begun to see the limitations of it.

Subject: Re: Work Order Software
Hi,
As Lisa said, we are using a home-grown access database with an ASP web
based interface here at EKU's ResNet. I am actually in the process of
converting it into a downloadable file that could easily be installed
and modified on an ASP server. It probably will not be finished until
the middle of next semester. But, if anyone is interested in seeing the
software once it is completed, just contact me. I also plan to try and
have a workable version online for you to take a look at and browse
around the features. I may have that part completed by the beginning of
next semester tho.
Later peeps,
-Jon
