It would probably depend on how you want to "simulcast" the channel. I
messed with using a Multicast type broadcast about 4 years ago, using
M-bone routers between a couple of buildings. Worked pretty well, but I
can't remember the software I have used. With this setup each client
would have to load the client software on their PC to be able to get the
transmission.

Another option is to set up a RealVideo server. One client using a
320x240 window I think will use about 15KB/s. (I can stream this over a
dual channel ISDN and allow one client to connect. Anything over one
client, and it breaks up.) Works pretty good for my use....

Sun also has sort of a multicast video server that allows people to
"tune" in to different streams and watch them. I have not gotten this
set up and working yet, but I believe it is the same idea as the one I
listed above which ran on Windows, and used a Solaris M-Bone router.

I have not looked in to the Cisco's IP/TV stuff, so I can't help you
there...
