You can insert a registry entry that will prohibit the windows password
prompt. Use regedit and goto
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\
Network. Add a new DWORD Value and name it DisablePwdCaching (Note: This
value is case sensitive!). After you have created the new entry,
right-click it and modify the data value to 00000001.
This has worked for us in computer labs as well as faculty and staff
offices.

Subject: Remove Windows Login
We are on a Novell 5.1 network. After our students log into Novell, up
comes a Windows log in screen with password. Rather than escaping or typing
the password in again, I would like to remove the Windows login password
requirement/option . Does anyone know how to actually remove this as an
option when students are using a public machine?
