I'm interested in providing an opportunity for ResNet folks in the
northwest corner (Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Idaho) to gather and share
information. Some regional resnets have been very successful. Stan at NC
State has started one for the north carolina area.... and there are others
in Michigan, and ?

Here's the deal. If we'd like to gather, meet, talk, share, etc. we have
an opportunity to tag along with an existing regional conference. NWACUHO
(Northwest Association of College and University Housing Officers) is
meeting in Eugene in February 2002, and have offered to help with space,
register, etc. A handful of their steering committee work at Western and
they're very interested in collaboration.

What you can do ----> If you'd like to identify yourself as someone that
works with ResNet (or similar program) at a college/university in
Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Idaho...email me at
                 dfrost@restek.wwu.edu

I'll create a list to be in contact about the possibility of a conference
or other options.

As a side note, I'd like to see if we could host a student employee
conference so that our student staff could meet and learn from each
other...much like student leaders have forums around the nation and region.
