Hello,

        When you say you have replaced it, does that mean a completely
different card?  If not have you made sure that they didn't plug a phone
cord into the back of the card.  That would bend one of the pins, I
think it is pin 1, and give you the media disconnected error.

Greetings all,

This one has us stumped

User has Windows XP, when you do a ipconfig, it returns "Media
Disconnected".

We have removed and reinstalled the driver, and physically removed the
card
and replaced it.

Any Ideas?
