Hi Masako,

Could you tell me more about College House Computing?  Is it mainly for
students on campus and offers Help Desk?  What services do you offer for
students?

College House Computing is only for students that live on campus. We don't
have a central help desk. Each residence hall has a staff of students that
assist folks who live in that residence.

We offer full support. We help folks with software, we have a list of
supported software, but we will help with software not on the list also. We
do hardware as well; we install hard drives and other components and memory.

Students submit their problems via web page.  Take a look at our web page
