Hi Steve,
While I can't point to a survey re: satisfaction, I can suggest that if you
have Qualtrics on your campus, the functionality includes a heat map
question type. You could include i the survey a map of buildings/locations
with click-sensitive areas. Users just on the "problem areas" in the map,
and Qualtrics generates a heat map of problem locations. I created this
kind of survey at one point, and tested it, but it was never used.
