Consultant, responsible for directing the redesign process for a 250 employee
facility generating approximately $150 million in revenue. Will utilize
external consultants and training resources to support redesign efforts,
provide training for management and hourly employees to promote
self-management and develop adequate communication vehicles to ensure an open
and timely flow of information. Will facilitate the benchmarking process to
determine progress and encourage continuous improvement in quality, cost,
safety and speed. Will advise and coach at all levels, deliver feedback and
raise issues to management regarding the work redesign progress.
Requires 3 to 5 years of experience in organizational development and
reengineering plus a graduate degree in Organizational Development. The ideal
candidate has a BS in Industrial Engineering. Location: Buffalo, NY Salary:
To: $60,000.
