We just set up an alias email address on our exchange server. We have different ones for different groups (undergraduate, commuter, Pharmacy, Physician Assistant, MBA, etc.) and one for all students.

Subject: Mass Communication Tools and Methods

I'm wondering what methods of mass communications you're using on your campuses. If you could forward any methods or software choices for mass communication, I sure would appreciate it.

We're in the process of determining direction on this by forming a committee and I've been asked to get information from other locations.
