I was looking at various ways to evenly share the campus bandwidth. I see s=
ome set a amount of "x" amount of=C2=A0data (say 5 Gig)=C2=A0before rate li=
miting. If your one of these, do you allow wide open access until that limi=
t is reached or do you still have an upper bandwidth limit you limit the us=
er to. I also see some just set a bandwidth/speed limit (say 5Mb/s) and don=
t worry about how much a user downloads. I would like to hear what peoples =
thoughts=C2=A0are on=C2=A0the pro's and con's to these two solutions or eve=
n other solutions they are using.=20

Thanks in advance.=20
