In my experience it has been write access to the registry that has been needed for one or more of the Adobe applications.
Specifically keys in: HKLM\Software\Adobe or HKLM\Software\Wow6432Node\Adobe

Subject: Adobe Premiere requiers admin to run?
Hi Folks!
We've run into a situation that I wondered if anyone had the answer to. It appears that Adobe Premiere requires admin privileges to run on Windows. Of course this won't work for us in our labs. Adobe seems to not know which files we need to modify to allow the program to run.
Does anyone know what those settings are? (We are running on Windows 7 Enterprise and are using KeyServer to serve the application.)
Any help would be very appreciated!
Thanks!
Caroline
