Mike,
The older people at Apple realize that much of their success as a company came from their educational strategy in the Apple ][ days.
If you get people ex[posed to your product early and in a positive manner, you have a customer for life.

I did sign it, but I don't have any optimism regarding any type of success.
Look at Apple's history. They have consistently made products without any consideration of management OR removed products or features that made any kind of management easier.
Their philosophy is pretty much anti-management.
I signed, but I'm a pessimist when it comes to Apple doing anything for us, managers.
When it comes to making amazing products for consumers? Oh yeah.
