Hello all,
Academic Computing Services at Stanford University, is looking for =
someone to join our team as a Service Desk Manager. It is currently a 3 =
year fixed term position.
Responsibilities include:
* Supervising student support specialists
* Managing the walk up service desk to assist students, patrons, staff, =
and all other visitors
* Providing timely technical assistance to instructors
* Serving as the public face for our services and real time support
