Hi All,
I recently changed positions (and colleges) and now I am pleased to be the
System Administrator for the (Heartland) One-Card system at Central State
University. Wondering if anyone on this list is in a similar position and
can share any best practices documents with me. I am re-working the system
as the previous sys admin was not focused in his organizational skills.
Any direction or suggestions are welcome... feel free to email me off line
if desired.
