We use whentowork.com and we love it, but I wish that it had a time clock f=
eature. I am scheduling 35 student workers in different positions. The st=
udents love the integration with their Google calendars.
Because I would like to integrate the scheudle with the time clock, I plan =
to look at Shiftplanning.com and TimeClockPlus. Has anyone evaluated timec=
lockplus? Your thoughts?

I also use When to Work and love it. It has significantly reduced the amoun=
t of time that I spend dealing with the schedule. If I have a last minute r=
equest for student employee help, I can put it in as an open shift and many=
times it is filled in a minute or two. Also it allows my students to trade=
shifts without me being involved.
The cost for all of this is very reasonable too.

Subject: Student Scheduling Software Options
Hello Everyone!
I am in the process of investigating a new student scheduling software solu=
tion which can be implemented for 17 student consultant positions. This so=
lution needs to incorporate several different aspects:
=95 Leave Request Submission and Notifications
=95 Ability to produce varied schedules for frequent changes in stu=
dent work shifts
=95 Notifications for schedule changes
=95 Permission settings
=95 Mobile compatibility
Last year at the STC at Yale, I was introduced to WhenToWork.com<http://www=
.whentowork.com/index.htm> and was very pleased with it. However, I would =
love to hear about other options or solutions you have successfully impleme=
nted. Feel free to reply to me directly off the list.
Thanks,
James
