We are currently looking at WEPA<https://www.wepanow.com/> for implementati=
on in January. They provide kiosks which include a printer and have the op=
tion of paying with a student ID card, WEPA card or credit card (WEPA handl=
es the credit card transactions). They also supply paper and toner and pro=
vide maintenance and repairs for the kiosks. It is up to the University to=
make sure that each kiosk is stocked with paper and toner, has a connecti=
on to the network and has power. They will give you a kiosk for every x pa=
ges/year that you print. If you don't meet the minimum page counts, the Un=
iversity would need to pay for the extra pages to sustain the kiosks. For =
a one time fee per kiosk, you can brand the kiosk (the University of Maryla=
nd's kiosk is pictured in the upper right of WEPA's homepage; just close th=
e login window).

Aloha,

Any of you use or evaluated printme.com<http://printme.com>? It's a cloud =
based printing solution from EFI. We like the fact that it is easy for cli=
ents to use as they don't have to install specific drivers. At most they'd=
just install a printme app on tablets/smartphones or universal printme dri=
ver for desktops/laptops.

http://printme.com/home/

We are mainly concerned about the billing aspect. It'd be preferable if ou=
r residents could pay printme.com<http://printme.com> directly instead of u=
s having to bill residents for prints. We know hotels have started to use =
this service as a way to generate revenue and add guest services.

Here is a video of the concept:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3D3UqQWHahWR8&feature=3Dplcp

We've talked to xerox last month who referred us to Equitrac but that was w=
hen we were considering residents swiping their ID cards at printers/xerox =
machines and us billing the resident. We wanted to use Xerox's email to pr=
int feature but they wern't sure if it'd work with Equitrac.

Other similar products/services that have the convenience of printme.com<ht=
tp://printme.com>?

Your input is appreciated.
