Quick reminder: Unless things have changed in the last couple of
years, the FCC claims sole jurisdiction of the airwaves in the U.S.
and you can't prohibit residents from using FCC-approved devices.
However, you can certainly prohibit residents from connecting their
wireless devices to your network.  And even if you do violate the FCC
regulations - not a practice I recommend or endorse - the odds are
pretty low that any resident will know that and be able to
convincingly challenge your policy.
