We have used LMIR for 2 years and our clients love it. They go to our homepage and enter 
a code into the LMIR widget and we are connected. Student workers get view only but Team 
Leads and staff get full control of the clients computer. We like the full mesh of compatibility 
so regardless of what computer is on either end (PC or Mac), it works reliably. LMIR also 
provides free (to Ed) mobile device connections (phones). We don't currently use this but 
expect to in the future. We also have the config setup so other IT departments can 
occasionally use it but not take all the licenses. Reporting and client surveys are also key for 
us (but similar functionality in other products). Good luck.
