They don't seem to appear in any of the HelpDesk/Ticketing System archive=

and I'd like to see if anyone has experience with them.=20

Is anyone using it? If so, would you be willing to discuss it with us?=20=

Any good or bad experiences?=20

Specifically interested in Incident Management product comments (more so=20=

than the Service Desk product).=20
