I've been asked to look into what other schools are doing to provide televi=
sion programming in their residence halls. I'm not sure whether this is str=
ictly within the scope of this list, but there is definitely some overlap.
Below is a brief survey which I'd appreciate any responses to. If people wa=
nted to respond off the list to me directly at MikeHackeson@MissouriState.e=
du<mailto:MikeHackeson@MissouriState.edu> and there was interest, I'd be ha=
ppy to summarize the results and post them back here or make them available=
on line.
Here are the basics that I need to know (filled out with our information):
Residence Beds: 4000
Residence Buildings: 10
Programming: Extended basic cable in each suite and common areas
Notes: Students can contract with the local provider for a=
dditional services and programming
Thanks.
Mike
