We are replacing our ticket tracking software in the near future and consid=
ering SCSM for several reasons, among which we are now using System Center =
Configuration Manager for software updates and distribution. I am hoping t=
o find others who have begun using SCSM and would be willing to share their=
thoughts on the product, from installation to daily use.
Along a similar track, have any of you replaced your antivirus package rece=
ntly with Forefront Endpoint Protection 2010?
Are any of you using the commercial version of Malwarebytes for malware pro=
tection?
