Hi Johnathan. We have provided a variety of programs over the years. Typically what we try to do is really push one program at a time. One year it was Windows Live (Skydrive, Office Live, etc). Another year we really pushed a "Using Caution in Social Networking", a presentation based around preventing viruses, scams, identity theft, and potential employer repercussions. We've offered other programs at the same time including: How to speed up your computer and work more efficiently, Piracy, How to obtain free and legal media online, Windows vs Mac, Windows 7, Snow Leopard, and several others. These were geared toward Resident Directors and presentations in the residence halls. At one point we organized them in a menu, which I would gladly share off-list.

Hello all,
I am curious as to what type of Technology training you offer your students. How's the turn-out? Do you create video tutorials etc? Currently, we offer the following training sessions at UNCP: SkyDrive/ Office WebApps, Windows/Internet Security, Windows Maintenance tips. We are also in the process of creating video tutorials on these and other training topics.
