At Plymouth, there's very little distinction between ResNET and the rest of
the campus.  ResNET is treated slightly differently with regards firewall
rules, NAC and packet shaping, but there's just one network, run by
networking team.  

Students, faculty and staff all call the same Help Desk for help.  The only
difference in my area (the help desk) is that if a student needs on site
service, we send a student worker, but if faculty/staff need on site
service, we send a desktop support technician (full time staff).
