St. John's University provides all incoming freshmen with a Lenovo laptop, =
pre-imaged from Lenovo. On occasion when a student has infected their compu=
ter or damaged their HD, it requires us to swap out the drive with another =
serviceable drive, which we format and re-image using Ghost. Due to our stu=
dent population being close to 12,000 laptops, it requires us to be as expe=
ditious as possible when trying to get these HDs back in the students posse=
ssion.

Can you share your current processes for this? Identify any questions or is=
sues with how we are doing it? Feel free to be explicit as possible.

Thank you in advance for any responses you can provide,
