In addition to the other questions posted, I wanted to add these. They are=
all questions I have asked or been asked. I liked them because they give =
the interviewer a chance to gauge how well someone's work style will fit in=
with the existing staff and work processes.
Walk me through a successful project of yours.
Tell me about something that did not go as planned. What did you do in res=
ponse?
What do you do to stay current in technology?
What mailing lists/blogs/web sites do you read?
Do you belong to any professional groups?
What is your routine when you start work?
How do you manage multiple ongoing projects and other demands on your time?
