We have a couple of rather extensive training manuals that we use. After
completing them the students then take a multiple choice 55 question exam
using select survey.

I am curious if anyone out there has developed a technical skills survey for
their student workers. We are trying to identify what students in out
department possess what skills, and what skills they do not possess, but
would like to get trained on as it pertains to their jobs in I.T.

Any info or ideas would be appreciated.
