I installed a Palo Alto firewall about a year ago as well, and I have no co=
mplaints. I've also been slowly turning on more of its security features (a=
ntispyware, antivirus, et cetera).
Before I got a PA firewall the majority of the traffic was all p2p. Once I =
blocked the p2p applications, students started to move towards Netflix and =
Pandora.

We are using a Palo Alto 4020 to block p2p on our wireless networks in addi=
tion to NAT and firewall duties for the rest of campus.
It has been in place for about three months and we are happy with its perfo=
rmance.

What appliances are you using that identify and then limit or block current=
P2P traffic?
Are you happy with their results?
