Yes, there have been dates set for this!
For the first time (that I know of anyway, within my limited knowledge, but
so I've been told) the Student Technology Conference will be held on
weekdays, starting from Monday June 18 for early arrival; Tuesday June 19
for PDS, regular arrival, Happy Hour, etc; Wednesday June 20 for Keynote and
regular sessions; Thursday June 21 for sessions in morning and Free Day in
the afternoon; Friday for Closing Dinner; and Saturday for departure.
Okay, Departing on Saturday doesn't count. . . :D
The schedule (draft) is up at the www.resnetsymposium.org/resnet2012
website, along with a counter to up the anticipation. . .
Details have yet to be worked out, and we haven't yet started asking for
presentation proposals (but get your brains started!!! ) but our facilities
are ready - some of which are, literally, brand new! Built JUST for ResNet!
(not really. . . but we can think that! )
Information about travel (we DO recommend flying in to Ontario Airport) is
on the site, as well as information about The Claremont Colleges, some of
our potential Free Day Activities (Brewery Crawl, Hollyweird, The Getty
Center, Hiking. . . ) and a whole bunch more!
So come to the City of Trees (that's what the city's motto is) in June
(trust me, it's beautiful here in June) and join us!
