I have received the first version of demo software PC-X server. The
version is a full release that times out after 30min. (and as a bunch
of annoying nag screens ever five minutes or so.) The servers support
a bunch of neat options and networking protocols. It supports true color
machines unlike the demo from micros so you can actually pass a full 256
color to each x window instead of the 24? due to windows reserved colors.
If anyone would like to help me test it out that would be great. I will
be happy to provide a copy of the demo disk. I am having trouble with
all programs reconizing my display. Xmh will recognize it sometimes
and sometimes it won't, similarly for xzewd. The cause is currently
unknown. If anyone is interested send me mail.
