Here at Abilene Christian University:

- ~70-80 Students in all of IT, we employ ~40 at the Helpdesk level.

- ~6000 students, ~2500 Faculty/Staff
=B7 What incentives exist for your student workers in terms of
promotions?
- At the Helpdesk we have 5 Area Supervisor Positions and 2-3 "Coaching"
positions that are filled by exceptional workers.

- Students receive minimum wage. Supervisors and Coaches have a slightly
higher salary.
