Hi Mary,

Yes, we have a work-study and a non-work study budget line; they are coded differently when they are appointed. When a student runs out of their award, we switch them to the other budget line. Historically we have not been as successful in attracting work-study students because we need to hire a very specific type of skill set, so our budget assumes that we have a lot of non-work-study students and very few work-study students. If we get more than "very few", it's a happy plus to our budget, but we don't plan for it.
