We don't have any formal training in place. Usually, when the student picks=
up the computer, the tech will explain to them what they were infected wit=
h and how to avoid it in the future.
Some students pay attention to this and others just want their computer bac=
k and don't care about the details (I guess these students don't see any re=
ason to avoid malware when we will fix it for free).
