You can just buy one or two programs, in CD/DVD format, from lynda.com<http://lynda.com> if you don't want to make the whole catalog available (or spend that much money). I elected to just buy Premier-level academic licenses because I have 20 student workers who use them for media training and it was more cost effective, but I did talk to my Lynda.com<http://Lynda.com> rep about other ideas. If you don't have a lynda.com<http://lynda.com> rep, let me know and I'll be happy to send you the contact info of mine.

Hello Everyone:
We are looking for a program that can educate our Staff members about how to use several office applications and email editors. We want this tool to be online, so staff members can basically follow the lessons at any given time from their machines. We are aware of lyndia.com<http://lyndia.com> and think something like this could work for us, but we were wondering if there were any other tools out there like lyndia.com<http://lyndia.com> that are just as good as them, but could possibly be more economical.
We want to evaluate as many online self-training tools as possible before committing to one for our staff. It would be incredibly helpful if anyone could send me privately information regarding any online tools and what you have found to be their biggest strengths and weakness when using them.
Thanks in advance for your help!
John
