Hello all,
We are in the early stages of researching some alternative work order
solutions (we currently use SchoolDude). I've specifically been asked to
look into Footprints, Remedy, and HEAT. To that end, are there any
universities willing to share info on:
1. Pros and cons if you're using one of those three systems?
2. If you decided against any of those three are you willing to share
reason(s)?
3. Vendor support (good, bad, ok?) and I am assuming pricing will
general be reflective on number of users but if you have a general range (if
you know it) that would also be helpful
4. Any other information you think would be helpful
