I have decided to extend the deadline for nominations for the Senti-Merriman Scholarship. The new deadline is next Thursday, April 21.
The scholarship is awarded each year to allow for students to attend the Student Technology Conference. For the 2011 Student Technology Conference at Yale University, the Senti-Merriman Scholarship will cover the registration fee for the conference as well as up to $500 to be used towards on-campus housing and travel expenses. The funding for the scholarship is provided by the silent auction that was held at last year's conference at Western Washington University. As in the past, the nominating institution will be required to send a staff member to accompany the scholarship recipient at the conference.
