If I remember correctly, Clean Access always had trouble with the Antivirus programs, but with Safe Connect, the only problem that I've seen is if someone came on campus with an off the wall Virus program, we just tell them that it's not supported and to use something else. Cisco seemed to support more virus programs, but did a horrible job with it. We really never had a problem with the windows update checks, it did find some messed up computers that were somehow missing older updates.

I sort of look at this as a good thing - SafeConnect doesn't break every
Patch Tuesday until you get your rules rewritten ;-)
