Friends,
For at least 10 years we have sent all of our out of warranty laptops (dell and MAC) in need of repair to a MAC certified repair depot, BLUE RAVEN. Although their work in the past has been highly reliable and timely, we have just had an incident that has me wondering if there might be another company out there that you would suggest. I am looking for someone who does whole system repairs on MAC's primarily, but if they do PC's that would be a bonus. BR charges a fair flat rate, but due to a "parts shortage" just took almost a month to get a computer back into the hands of a teaching faculty member.
Any suggestions that you may have are welcome.
Regards,
Randy Kouns
