We just rolled out an Exinda 6760 and we love it. It's a different
animal, but it works great. Many of the issues we had with BlueCoat (not
updating the classes, exploding support costs) are not present with
Exinda. We're thrilled with the support we receive.
I strongly recommend them.

We have outgrown our Bluecoat PacketShaper 7500 and have narrowed the
search for replacement down to three products:
· Bluecoat PacketShaper 12000
· Exinda 6760
· Procera PacketLogic PL7720
Do any of you have rants, raves, or ridicules you’d be willing to share
in terms of reliability, performance and support on any of these
products?
