Robert: Cell phone hotspots haven't been an issue (so far). My sense is tha=
t the signal they put out pales in comparison to what a wireless router can=
 produce (during the fall semester, we had an N router whose SSID could be =
seen in five different dorms). Also, I think the number of these on campus =
is tiny at this point. Interestingly, the only other device that has caused=
 us as much trouble as routers is the Sony PS3. It puts out a very strong w=
i-fi signal.

This has been our policy all along. Have cell phones with hotspot services =
caused problems? I suspect we'll need to explicitly reference those in our =
policy too.
